1.25 Mile warm up

3 Mile race- First in 16:36. Not so happy with this one. I got my first MVAL Cross Country title and won by 20 seconds, so that was all good. But about 1200 meters into the race I went the wrong way and had to back track causing me to loose about 10 seconds. If I didnt go the wrong way I think I could of had the course record.(16:33)But overall the time wasent that bad considering its on the same course as the mountain run.

4 Miles in 30 minutes for cool down.
