Weather: cold but nice

Comments:
Had volunteer hours to do after school so I ran later. 3 laps warmup, then 4 laps with 20 meter buttkickers and 150-250 meter strider per lap. 3 more laps faster than cooldown. Overall easy while being a bit sore from yesterday.
