Comments:
these were fun. hitting in 59-61 range, worked on staying together. rest was jog over to start, about 60 seconds. had to bail on the last one b/c my arches and achilles started getting pretty annoying between intervals and was having trouble jogging out the last one. better to play it safe i guess. afterwords cooldown and massive amounts of stretching. got some treatment in the training room that eased them up a bit. we'll see how it is in the morning
