the meet

Exercise Type: Run

well that day was the meet. i was really excited to run in this meet because i love running on flat chill corses. on the first mile i was feeling awesome! i found this chick from a black school (the jersey is black) and we were telling each other to keep up with each other when ever one of us started to fall behind. it felt great throught the whole race! i do so much better when i latch onto someone. the second mile was all right i started to kinda fall back on my pace but before my pace was alot faster than it would have been. on the third mile was pretty good me and the girl decided to speed up and pass this blue girl ahead of us. so we did :) and we finished pretty good. but when ever i think i do so good and i try so hard my time never shows it and its really upsetting. sometimes i just wish i was a race for fun not for times because i would enjoy it so much better running to me is relaxing and a place for me to feel good about myself not so much compitetion and i know that coach said that how he cant understand how someone can be like that but its different, somethings to me are more compition than just chill but cross country to me is to just get away.
