Weather: kind of chilly, but its the kind of weather that i like

Comments:
1.5 mile warmup to the course

6.5 miles workout
1 mile threshold (from starting line to mile 1)
jog through lovers lane into 1000 loop, and do that
x4

miles ran from 5:51- 5:56 (or maybe 58)
so they were pretty consistant

1000s- much better improvement from last time, something happened in the 2nd one. i saw rett and graham ahead of me and i just went for it and i just rocked out.
3:32 (ugh that was bad), 3:19, 3:19, 3:16

felt pretty awesome and this workout was just good for me mentally.
