Comments:
still very sore today esp in glutes and hams (i would assume from the lunges yesterday) so today's workout on top of it all was lovely. it was a two part affair: 8x400 around 80-84 sec. and then 6x200 around 36-38 sec. about 75 second average rest between intervals. i'm exhausted to say the least. achilles did kinda of flare up between intervals but really didn't bother me while running. stretched and iced a lot afterwords. gonna feel sore tomorrow!
