Comments:
Day #3 of the 1st week out of 10 for Marathon training - run 3 miles at 6.0 speed (10 min miles) 1.5% incline. Going to up the incline when I feel stronger with run, possibly next week to 2%. Added 2 hills in of .25 miles at 4%.
