Comments:
Pickups on the flat portions of the course. Ten minutes up, 3,2,3,2,3,2,3 with 90 seconds jog recovery. Ran the first two with the pack behind matt/keyser/jim and then tried to put a little ground on the rest. Pretty close to lead guys on the last two. I felt pretty good out there, uncoordinated at first, but this workout did not really hurt. 10 minute cooldown. Left knee is really sore. NEED TO ICE TONIGHT (forgot past two nights).
