Comments:
Did a farlek this morning, got a good warm up in and then did my fartlek down at the lake. For the fartlek I did 1/2/3 x3 with 1 minutes jog inbetween and 3 minute job between sets.
1 minute hard/1 minute jog
2 minutes hard/1 minute jog
3 minutes hard/3 minute jog x3 (after last set did 2 minutes jog before cool down)
Felt pretty good, not amazing but felt like it should have for a fartlek at this point in my training. The weather is amazing down here.
