Comments:
after my awfully hot run yesterday, i was anticipating warm weather for my long run. nope. it was 37 when i got up. and this afternoon it's in the high 50s--ridiculous. i ran the usual long run, to lakeside, but tagged on an extra mile in the middle to get 12, i felt ok, not great. my feet are kinda hurting, even though i'm wearing newish shoes. i felt really good towards the end of the run and finished strong. uneventful, but a good run. afterwards, i improvised some of the hurdle drills, using the railing of our deck as a hurdle and just kicking the wall. i've gotta figure out how i'm going to do it all.
eating was better today. i went out for lunch, good choice.
