CoachL has me doubling on the day of my long run so here went the first of such days. I was still tired from the first run today, but sucked it up and went. Other than my big nasty blister from this morning ripping open, It was suprisingly enjoyable.

For the most miles I have ever done in a day (all on concrete/ice too), nothing really went wrong (aside from the blister). My knee feels fine and no other ailments surfaced.

I spent much of the run thinking out the way things could have been. This was a bad semester in many ways, but I am oddly satisfied that I gave it my all. From here on out I need a little fire. The Nationals/4.0 goals are both dead. RIP. But now the monkey's off my back and I can be aggressive. No holds barred. My goals may be lost, but I am NOT done yet!!!
