went out and joined the niles community center cause it's better than the park ridge one and i don't have to see 15 people i graduated with everytime i want to lift. did some squats and an upper body circuit that i made up cause i couldn't remember any of the ones we normally do. hit a lifetime max in squats but it might be cause the squat racks are weird and keep the bar on a rail. apparently they don't trust people to not kill themselves.
