Comments:
josh is back running again, even if he has to get back into it slowly. he's at like 12 miles this week plus lots of cross training, i guess they're bringing him back so that he's really ready to roll for cross, even though he will race some outdoor.
just went 4 with him mizer and coach beall. it was nice and easy for the first 3 miles, then we picked it up the last mile, partly because mizer had to pee. running a little harder tomorrow, but not too hard, going to see if i can get cody to join otherwise i'll be going it alone.
