Weather: Kinda cold but not bad
Comments:
Ran long today at Bedford Reservation. I haven't run here since July 4th weekend and its one of my favorite places to run so I was happy. Ran the 8 mile course twice. Its pretty hilly, especialy the early portions of the 7 miles loop so that was good to get some hills in my legs along with my long run.
