I ran about a half mile and then decided to do my workout for the week. So I took a detour to the fitness center. Split tempo with 1 min rest. Miles in 5:30, 5:20, 5:10. Felt pretty good. I'm suprised that I felt this way since I really haven't done a tempo since before confrence for cross. Did teh workout on a treadmill. Lots of dirty looks from the other people.
1 mile recovery the 4x200 striders with 200 jog then cool down.
