Comments:
3 laps easy, the middle hard.
5 x the cones that you have to run through
3 laps easy, the middle hard
5 x the cones again.
3 laps easy, the middle one everything you got.
Then some stretches.

Getting faster with the cones, now gotta apply it to the running. My calves were acting up, but still didn't complain. I have never been more thankful to have ice in this world
