Cool down was really short because it was 11:22 when I finished my last hill and I wanted to go to yoga class at 11:30. So... that's what went down. Some guy in a truck asked me if I was going to run all day. It kinda felt like I was...this took forever.
Also, I did not mean for my mileage to be that high today. That's longer than my long run... I think I maybe did something wrong. Oops. I guess I can cut tomorrow's mileage some.
