Carbon Footprint Burgers

Weather: pleasant

Comments:
Incredibly tight, mostly hammies and calves (the latter pretty bad). Also, shin muscles killed for the first half of the run again today, ankle tendonitis was killing me, and my feet were bothering me too. Once i got onto the grass up at Forrest Hills most of it shaped up a bit, although rolling my ankle terribly on the trail didn't do much to help. After i got back up onto the grass i was doing alright and then i realized we've only got 3 weeks to regionals, so i'm pretty pumped for that because it seems like just the other day that i couldn't believe how long the season still had in it.

didn't have time to lift after because of the meeting before with coach, but i decided it was alright because i forgot we have workouts tomorrow and saturday so today should have actually been my day off, i'll probably lift tomorrow before the workout.

Steak night tonight consisted of the most epic burgers known to man, 1/2 lb beef, cheese, bacon, egg, delicious onion rings and bbq sauce on a warm toasted bun. Amazingness, and props to all the chefs and Vaughn for giving 2G1K's signature burger it's name.
