Ran 3 miles, did 2 sets of 20 reps squats @135#, 2 sets of standing barbell curls 12 reps @ 75#, 2 sets of bench 1 @ 135# and the other @ 145#, and 2 sets of straight leg dead lifts 20 reps @ 75#. Good workout. I felt pretty slow though.
