Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i was planning to long run today, but my dad offered to take me to waffle house in the morning. i would've felt bad refusing, so i went and got the all-star special, of course. the rest of the day i was feeling pretty sedentary, so i put off my long run and waited until about 4 to run. i needed 8, so i decided to run the usual 8miler. i was feeling some soreness in my groin all day, i think it was from the squats yesterday or the workout in general. i was aiming for 6:30 pace, but i was feeling good, so i ran a little faster for the second half.
it was definitely faster than i'd normally run 8, but it felt good. after finishing, i wasn't too tired or sore, and i don't think i've ever run 8 that fast, except for maybe the half marathon split.
afterwards, i did steeple drills (minus walkovers), and pick 6 abs x40 with 5x 20 pushups in between.
