Weather: 20 calm

7pm; everywhere on Wadsworth's east side. ran with a watch for the first time since before summer, I'm pretty sure. cut down to a 5:56 last mile, then cooled down from the high school to home. legs were doing weird things for the latter half, kinda worried I would crash and burn at 1:55:00, but knew I would survive once I hit about 2:05:00. shooting for 22 miles in 2:30:00 but maybe next time. maybe if I don't play tackle football (Santa Bowl) the same morning.

i WILL hit 110 next week, i WILL hit 110 next week... at least I ran every day last week. this week, Tuesday should have been 15 and Wednesday 10, instead of Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 0. DISCIPLINE DISCIPLINE DISCIPLINE. 4 weeks until a 3k and 5 weeks until a 5k.
