long run--better than expected

i left 12:30ish. i was feeling pretty rough this morning for some reason. my legs were still pretty sore after hammering that run yesterday. i really didn't want to run hard, so i decided i'd be happy with 7minute pace, even a little higher. i felt great on the way out, the temperature was comfortable, and i was running fine. at the turnaround point i started to feel my thighs chafing; i knew i should've put on bodyglide before i left. that was probably the only reason i slowed down on the way back. the way out was 36:30, and back was about 38. altogether though, it was a good run, and i managed to push the pace a bit at the end, but my thighs were on fire once i stopped. finished with stretching.
on a side note, i got like 7 or 8 points today, mostly from friends, but some people i didn't know honked too.
