from Clarke up Mayfield to Miner Rd - 60:00 - 8.45 miles - 7:07's
back to Clarke - 8.45 miles - 54:42 - 8.45 miles - 6:28's
ran around another 5:18 to make it a 2 hour run

basically just decided to run up Mayfield, deciding I needed a legit long run because I wimped out of Sunday's. wanted to make it to the highway but was about half a mile short when I hit an hour going out and figured I better turn around. although I did put a little more effort into coming back, its definitely uphill out and downhill back, accounting for the huge negative split.
