This was my first hard anything since Regionals and it went reasonably well, I guess. There really is no way of knowing because I did not time the repeats and went vaguely off marks that aren't there anymore. I started at an empty beer can on the side of the road and ended at a pothole. I was breathing hard at the end of each segment, so I must have done something. Still, this was way more warmup and cooldown than workout. The blister felt a little better for most of the run, but I did create a third layer of blood blister under the first two.
