Comments:
Went to South to run the course so I dont get lost tomorrow or anything. The course looks pretty good besides some roots and walnuts in the woods. My hamstring is still bothering me but not as bad as yesterday. I'm getting worried, its never bothered me before but hopefully after some icing I'll be good to go tomorrow.
