11am; first part w/ Shah & Houston, then continued on. I'm actually impressed with the pace considering yesterday's workout, not being able to remember what I did from 1am-5am this morning, and sleeping 5am-10am.

oh hey, 96 miles in the past week of 6 days running. maybe that's why my legs feel like they're going to break into a million pieces.
