Weather: warmer than expected
Comments:
Calves have been tight since after wednesday's workout, they were really bad after last night's workout and this morning. after stretching before running today i noticed a more severe pain in the right achilles area, it was very bothersome on the warmup, and after stretching and jogging easily before the workout it was still bothering me a lot, so i decided a workout wasn't in the books for today. It's better at this point in the season to listen to my body than to try to squeeze in an extra workout i think. I am very worried about it though, and i'm already on tons of ibuprofen and RICE-ing to the max. Really hoping it is nothing too bad.
