Comments:
Really long run on the first day of XC practice...
went to MLK, through park, to fairland, to east randolph, to kemp mill, through the woods, back to springbrook and ran on track.
Felt really really bad around mile 2/3, by the time I got to fairland I was completely wiped, and was worried the run wouldn't go well...
I guess it didn't help that we were going quickly... prob went into oxygen debt... and had to work out of it..
Up fairland sucked... up randolph was a little better, wanted to go back to SB but manned up and went down randolph on the otherside of new hampshire.
Really started to roll down the hill felt good, got to the woods and it was really really muddy, i turned around with sharif and kenny. got back to school got some water and than ran around on the track.
