Weather: wow cold, rainy, windy and plus some. the absolute worst
Comments:
workout- tempo at bluegrass
warmup- 2 to the shell station
workout-6.6 miles
40 min total tempo, every 5 min do a 1 min surge. i did pretty well getting to the 3.3 mile mark before i had to turn around and run back. did pretty well and felt pretty strong. ended up actually finishing behind clinton and jason as when they passed me i tucked in and got some shelter from the wind. basically i drafted off them.
cooldown- back to centre and plus some more with jason to get in 25 min-3 miles
