Exercise Type: Run

Weather: completely shitty outside, but not too shabby on the indoor track

Comments:
1 "tempo" mile on the track w/ the mid-distance group- 5:02
6x100 with 200 jog recovery
then in the weight room pushups, bench dips, curls, shoulders, leg curls, and lunges.
good workout today, i wish i wouldve stayed up a little better on the mile, cause kurt and grogan were a few seconds in front, but it was still the fastest mile ive ran in 6 months or so, so whatever. plus ive done barely any mileage the past 2 weeks so im not too worried at this point, but theres still no excuse for not being up front there. hammered the 100s pretty good, i felt like i really havent lost much speed since track, which is nice. weights and ice bath afterwards.
