Better, closer, warmer . . .

wasn't feeling any better yesterday until just before going to bed, this morning though i woke up and immediately thought "wow, it feels a ton better!" but i held off judgement until i walked around on it a bit, but sure enough it does seem to be quite a bit better than yesterday.

Did a pool workout (kickboard 10min, drills, 5min jogging, 1-1-1:30-2-2-1:30-1-1 (1min recovery between each) 5min jog cooldown, 4laps on kickboard, walking forward and backward in shallow end.

felt pretty good, i was able to push myself and keep my heartrate up pretty high, so that's good, and my legs felt a lot less lethargic after actually being able to do something.

even biking felt a lot better than yesterday! kind of worried about what's going to happen after friday's run, but i'll worry about that when the time comes, until then i'll just hope things keep shaping up!
