1200m warm up

1.5 mile- 8:01 (2 minutes rest)

800m- 2:23 (2 minutes rest)

6x400m(a little longer then 400m)- 75,73,73,73,73,73 (1 minute rest between each)

6x100m hill sprints with 150m jog back to the bottom.

1200m cool down

I really go by the whole "a day off Sunday is an off day Monday" deal. My legs just didnt respond today. Felt sluggish and tired the whole way.
