Comments:
My ankle felt much better today. I used an ankle brace to keep it steady, and that seemed to do the trick. Did this at the gym b/c I wanted to lift too. I kept alternating between the indoor track and treadmill so I didn't get bored. I kept pretty fast pacing throughout, starting at 7:15 and dropping from there. Glad to be back on track.
