Comments:
9ish miles total for the day. 1st in the 1k in 2:28. Felt extremely easy, just sat and kicked the last 100. 2nd in the 2k in 5:28. Hit the mile in 4:18 then a 70 last 400. legs were still tired from the 1k but it was a good workout
