Comments:
after a 1.25 warmup down to the greenbelt. we did 1000 repeat drop downs... targetin 4:20..4:10..4:00..3:50 with 3 minute recoveries in between each.. nice controlled workout.. nothing too fast, just a good smooth workout.. the gals performed well...
