Weather: cold, snowy, and rainy
Comments:
It was snowing outside so instead of taking a risk, we did a half workout in Jadwin. First, we did a two mile warmup, then just did 2 cruise miles at tempo pace with one minute rest in between them. The workout was really easy and was done solely to get us loose for heps. We followed with 4 150s at a quick pace. Then cooled down 1.5 miles.
