Comments:
5 miles total... easy 300m hillwork. I did a half mile barefoot on the turf field as part of my cooldown, which felt amazing! I was doing it with friends and we weren't all that focused on form, so I'm not sure my form was great, but it felt a lot lighter to not have my shoes on, and it felt good on my feet.
