The Beginning

Wow......

I decided that i needed to make a change in my life for reasons that don't need to be put on this log. But regardless, i decided that the only way to get love back into my life was to look back on what i once loved. Running. So today marks the start of something much greater than just running

That said... Lets get into the comments...

Well lets just say that its been 8 months since i last ran. It was freezing cold, my throat was burning, i weigh 25 pounds more than i did when i ran in high school, and i had to walk like 4 times. But i finished and while thats not 7 miles in 6:40 pace. It's a start.

Got around 8 hours of sleep last night. Ate spicy indian food which was not a good idea. And ran alone.

I give today a 1/10

Here are my goals as of right now:

Run a 17:59 5k before the summer ends
Make the track team at o state
Run a 1:59 800m before the season ends
