I came into this workout not really having any expectations and I think I surprised myself. I felt pretty tired on the warmup but took it nice and easy. Did some dynamics before the 800. Splits were- 2:30, 76, 75, 74, 74. I felt like I was really relaxed throughout the intervals. I feel like this workout wasn't too bad because we had such a long rest between each interval. But I'm deff not complaining! I'm considering doubling on Friday, but we shall see. Cooled down with the usual group
