AM-Did a shakeout run solo and ran the warmup loop without going through HM because I zoned out. Ended up being longer than 2. Felt fine

Got an email today from Leman saying the indoor track was being painted so we couldnt do the workout on it. We instead mapped out a 1k loop that we did instead. I didnt think the workout was too bad. splits were supposed to be sub 4. Actual were the following- 3:44, 3:42, 3:42, 3:39, 3:44, 3:42. I was alone for the majority of the workout, but I really just tried focusing on what I wanted to accomplish this season. Cooled down 2.25 with the usual group.
