(second 300 was supposed to be a 500 but suddenly had to shit in the middle of the interval and dropped it with a lap to go)
felt alright on this workout. going fast was kind of a shock to the system, since i really haven't done it since like april, but handled it decently well. definitely not in sub-2:00 shape right now, and that needs to change.
