Lifting Day 2 (The "Hard" day)
This was my first workout with the team this season and I think it was one that didn't mean a whole lot. We pushed it up the hills some so that we were breathing slightly hard by the end but not really struggling. My heel was much better today, but the bottom of my foot was hurting.
