Exercise Type: Swim

so i haven't swam at all since last semester, so it wasn't as easy as its been in the past. however, i was still determined to get in a quality swim. it was really crowded today, so i started out sharing a lane with ben, then with some asian chick after ben left. here's what i did:
200m warmup
4x (100kick, 100pull, 100swim)
400 swim
100 cool down
during the 400, there was an old man wearing flippers and going about the same speed as me, so i kind of raced him for the last 8 laps or so. i'm not sure exactly when he stopped swimming, but i was in the zone and didn't notice, so that felt good.

afterward, i did the hurdle walkover routine 3x w/6 hurdles. i felt sore, but in a good way. did a couple planks with ben before the hurdles, then eagle 2x 10 after. hips x15, stretching.
