Weather: Invigorating--mid 30s at 6am
Comments:
So good to run outside and not freeze. Cold at the outset with some wind, but nice once I warmed up. Did better than I expected having done most recent running on a flat treadmill. Was hurting on the hills but recovered on the flat sections. Kept a nice steady pace throughout. Short stretch of the quads on last 2 hills then pushed hard through the end. Drank about 25oz water and took a gel at 4.5.
