Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
tried to run to get my head clear since I couldn't concentrate on my work, but didn't go as planned :/
ran a mile just to see where I was since I haven't ran in forever.
7:35 in not running for 2 weeks :/ took a 2 minute rest.
Idk what happened, but when I running the second half through I got a bad lower stomach cramp :/ worst ever.real shit.
