Exercise Type: Run

Weather: overcast, cool, foggy

Bike path to the bluffs, couldn't even see the top through the fog, ran the short and steep hill, calves felt like exploding on the way up, quads on the way down. felt really good all the way to the end.

pumped that i didn't even have to think about going out and doing this one, i even woke up early naturally to get ready for it.

pretty tired afterward though, so i'll do ups later, but i really will, i'm holding myself to it.
