Weather: cold, windy, freezing, dark, fridgid. so it was pretty cold
Comments:

1.5 miles to the course
workout- 1600x3+3000+1200+600= 9600 m
3x1 mile splits, with 1 min rest in between
3x1000s on the thousand loop, 2 min rest in between
3x400- on the flat loop, near the road
3x200- on the flat loop, on the haystack
felt like crap, also had some major chafage going on, had to go into the bushes to take off my underarmor pants.
the miles were around 6:00 pace, except for the last one which was 6:18ish, and the thousands were all around 3:30ish. it was horrible. horrible workout period.
25 min cooldown- prob 3 miles just around town with sam.
