Exercise Type: Run

Weather: treadmill

Comments:
today was an okay day. I started off kind of rough aerobically and cramped for a little while at the end of the first mile but then i settled in. I did about 4 mins of warmup and then settled in. The gym was packed so i sweated hard, but it felt great when i was done walking into the 27 degree weather.

I plan on running 7:30 pace until i can run 7 miles at that pace and then i"ll start lowering the pace.

I went hardcore with my core workout yesterday (no pun intended) so i skipped out today.

Who i ran with: I was on the treadmill
What i ate: i had tino's late last night which was a miserable idea. Otherwise i had a quesadilla. It was whole wheat so it's not miserable.
Sleep: About 8 hr's but woke up a little hung over. Once rush week is over i wont feel like this anymore.

Total rating: 6.8/10 - i doubt i'll hit a 8 or higher while on a treadmill. So gotta wait for spring.
