Comments:
Treadmill run. 10 minute warm up. 35 minute tempo paces 6:18 starting, middle 6:07-6:13, finishing 6:04-5:56. Treadmill stopped on me with about 3 minutes to finish. Felt like I could run the pace for maybe another 10 minutes. Felt strong/good. Recovery/warm down 2m in 15 minutes.
