Weather: Inside

To the gym shortly after work for a easy/medium workout. I did an 8 mile 3/3/2 progression run. First 3 at 7:00, second 3 at 6:30, and last 2 at 6:00. Felt pretty easy, even dropping to about 5:50 on the last .75mi. Practiced being patient on the middle 3. My body really wanted to go faster b/c it felt like I was jogging, but I am training myself to really be patient so I will be next race. Positive day!
